Job summary

Arbor Circle is seeking an entry-level professional to deliver youth-centered services in schools and community settings, focusing on healthy development and well-being. You will support outreach, group facilitation, program development, and data-informed evaluation.

The role involves project management and supporting system-wide community projects, with a trauma-informed, equity-minded approach and opportunities for growth within Arbor Circle’s collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Newaygo County resources.
• Experience leading groups.
• Certified prevention specialist or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong ability to work independently and move projects forward without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide youth-centered services in schools and community settings.
• Engage in outreach, group facilitation, program development, and evaluation including data management.
• Support project management and community-wide system-based projects.
