High Point & Affiliated Organizations in Brockton seeks a Masters level clinician to join Clinical Support Services (CSS) and Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS). This part-time role covers Fridays and Saturdays with potential for full-time work on ACCS/CSS, serving individuals with behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, assessments, individual counseling, group sessions, treatment planning, and coordination with care teams.

Education: Master's degree in behavioral health or related field; license preferred
Pay Range: $33-$39/hr
Status: Part Time, Friday/Saturday CSS with possibility of full time on ACCS/CSS

Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
Strong and effective verbal, written and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC 's electronic medical records
Ability to provide leadership and program development within an outpatient site
Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication
