Pathways Inc. in Kentucky seeks a dedicated Youth Peer Support Specialist with supervisory responsibilities to support youth in recovery.

You will provide peer support, supervise TAYLRD staff, and coordinate community partnerships while ensuring compliance with Kentucky regulations and Pathways policies.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, a YPSS credential or plan to obtain, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of 30-hour Peer Support Specialist training required.
• Certification as a Youth Peer Support Specialist or ability to obtain certification prior to hire with agency support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Peer Support Services using lived experience to support and encourage recovery.
• Manage daily operations of the TAYLRD Drop-In Center during operational hours.
• Provide direct supervision and support to assigned TAYLRD staff.
• Conduct outreach activities and collaborate with community partners and systems of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements.
