Job summary

Miller Electric Mfg. LLC in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a Youth Apprentice to join the PCBA Department in the Components Division. Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in high school.
  • Interest in hands-on learning and manufacturing.
  • Interest in assembly and electrical a plus.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a team environment.
  • Good attendance and reliability.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Must possess good eyesight and dexterity.
  • Must be willing to cross-train.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • This individual will become an active member of the team and assist in making improvements as well as consistently working to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • You will learn how to work with different tools, hands on experience with manufacturing processes and work in a team‑oriented environment with experienced mentors.
