Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a biblically grounded ministry for grades 6–12; pioneer a fresh chapter of youth ministry at Northbridge Community; establish weekly gatherings focused on teaching, discipleship, worship, outreach, serving, prayer, and relationships; build a clear discipleship pathway rooted in God’s Word; build, recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer leaders; equip and encourage parents as primary disciplers; communicate consistently with students, volunteers, parents, and staff.
• Team Collaboration & Ministry Development: report to the Lead Pastor and church leadership team; integrate students into the broader life of the church; strengthen and expand programming beyond Sunday nights; steward the youth ministry budget and prepare for growth.
• Pastoral Leadership: provide pastoral care to students and families; model Christlike character, humility, and spiritual health.

Qualifications

• Bible or Ministry degree required; Master’s preferred.
