Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly programs for middle and high school students, ensuring a welcoming, discipleship-focused environment.
• Articulate and execute a clear vision for AHCC student ministry with follow-through.
• Teach regularly and create environments where students can know, love and follow Jesus.
• Ensure visible leadership presence at Sunday gatherings and participate in AHCC life.
• Develop student care plans through groups, mentoring, and discipleship rhythms.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers for student ministry roles.
• Attend staff meetings, ensure safety policies, and manage the youth ministry budget.
