Now Hiring: Full-Time Youth Pastor (Grades 5–8) – Phoenix, AZ

Are you passionate about Jesus, energetic enough to hang with middle schoolers, and believe dodgeball can be a FUN experience? We’re on the hunt for a full-time Youth Pastor to lead 5th–8th grade ministry with spiritual maturity, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to shepherd for middle school students—planning Bible-centered teaching, leading small groups, building up a team of volunteers, and bringing the fun while keeping Jesus at the center. If you're a dynamic leader with a servant’s heart and a passion for pointing tweens toward Christ, keep reading.

What We’re Looking For

A vibrant relationship with Jesus and a structured daily walk with God
A humble heart that loves to serve, teach, and occasionally get glitter glue out of your hair
Personal integrity in your spiritual life, finances, relationships, and character
Agreement with our church’s purpose and doctrinal statements
Active membership in an evangelical church (or willing to become one)
Strong leadership skills—recruiting, developing, and cheering on ministry leaders
Administrative chops and relational strength (you love both Google Sheets and people)
Vision and creativity for reaching our community and growing a thriving youth ministry

Bonus Points If You...

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry or at least 2 years of Bible teaching experience
Can play an instrument or lead worship (a kazoo doesn’t count, but we’ll admire the effort)

You’ll need to love the heat, or at least love air conditioning. Either way, God’s doing something amazing here—and we want you to be part of it.
