Youth Pastor / Student Ministries Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our thriving youth ministry, which serves students from 6th through 12th grade. Our current student attendance averages between 175 to 200 and continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will be capable of:

Managing and developing a team of over 40 volunteer leaders and paid staff
Overseeing all aspects of youth ministry programming, discipleship, outreach, and leadership development
Working effectively as part of a high-capacity church staff, including collaboration with our full-time Middle School Pastor and other ministry areas.
Our youth ministry is a key pillar of our church’s mission and growth, and we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual formation, community engagement, and leadership opportunities for students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience leading a large, growing youth ministry
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to build teams, develop leaders, and foster a vibrant ministry culture
Heart for students and a passion for helping them follow Jesus
Bonus: Previous experience with multi-staff churches or ministries of similar size and scope.
