Job summary

Digital NEST in Modesto, CA is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to own the top of the recruitment funnel for the Center. You will drive awareness in feeder schools and communities, conduct classroom presentations, and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective members.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, high-energy execution, multi-channel follow-up, and meeting recruitment targets while representing Digital NEST in schools and events.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of at least 5 years of full-time professional experience in youth engagement, outreach, or community coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, engage, and connect with youth from diverse backgrounds with a focus on meeting quantitative targets.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills for large groups of youth and educators.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation and serve as primary youth recruiter for the center.
• Lead high-impact classroom presentations across feeder high schools and colleges.
• Maintain presence at target schools and in the community to capture new leads.
• Execute recruitment events and activities and leverage partnerships to ensure access and referrals.
