Job summary

ANEW Tukwila is seeking an Outreach and Recruitment Specialist to develop and execute recruitment strategies, expand partnerships with schools and labor organizations, and increase participation from underrepresented groups.

You will supervise volunteers, manage data in Salesforce and Excel, and drive targeted digital campaigns while supporting in-person outreach at job fairs and community events to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in outreach, recruitment, communications, admissions, support services, or similar role.
• Associate's degree or higher required; Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, human services or related field preferred.
• Evening/weekend work and local/regional travel required based on recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute ANEW’s recruitment strategy and ensure enrollment goals.
• Supervise outreach and recruitment volunteers and staff.
• Conduct statewide virtual and in-person presentations and attend events.
• Create collaborative referral partnerships with schools, districts, and workforce programs.
• Manage data entry and campaigns in Salesforce and Excel; coordinate digital recruitment campaigns.
