Qualifications

• Experience coaching or instructing students.
• Strong background in sports like rock climbing, parkour, martial arts, wrestling, ninja, OCR.
• Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and behavior management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and demonstrations in gym activities and disciplines.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude among participants.
• Ensure safety and behavior protocols are followed during all training sessions and events.
• Manage behavior to maintain a productive training environment.
• Coordinate with staff to organize practices, competitions, and events.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.
