Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks a Ninja Warrior Instructor to lead obstacle course sessions for children ages 3-12, promoting fitness, confidence, and safety in a dynamic program.

Responsibilities include demonstrating techniques, developing personalized plans, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment with other instructors. Must be 16+ with passion for sports and teaching.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sports coaching, martial arts, swimming, climbing, or related physical activities.
• Lifeguard certification or experience is highly desirable to ensure safety during water-related activities or emergencies.
• Strong background in teaching physical education or working with children in a childcare or school setting.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to motivate and guide students positively.
• Familiarity with fitness disciplines like cheerleading, basketball, or health club environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct diverse age groups effectively.
• Passion for promoting health, fitness, and active lifestyles through engaging instruction.
• Applicants must be 16 years or older.
