Job summary

The Youth Manager at UFC Gym oversees youth programming and coaching staff to deliver engaging classes and private sessions. The role focuses on creating a positive member experience while driving revenue from private training and supplements, under the supervision of the Fitness Manager.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, tours, sign-ups, and ensuring adherence to policies. The position requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to club operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating youth fitness programs and staff.
• Strong customer service mindset with guest relations skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members and staff.
• Proficiency with basic scheduling and reporting.
• Familiarity with DotFIT software is a plus.
• Must clock in/out for shifts and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, hiring, and developing a youth coaching team.
• Manage the youth schedule and ensure goals are met.
• Promote private training and small group sessions.
• Assist with tours, sign-ups, and member services.
• Coordinate with Fitness Manager to drive revenue and operations.
• Maintain club systems and daily housekeeping duties.
