Job summary

Young Life in Minnesota seeks Mission Staff to train and participate in ministry across spiritual development, leadership development, and resource development. You will build relationships, recruit volunteers, and engage in donor communications while leading clubs, Campaigners, and camps to proclaim the gospel.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development activities and personal growth within the Young Life community.
• Recruit, train and coach volunteer leaders to build a functioning leadership team.
• Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices for sustained ministry.
• Plan and conduct Young Life clubs, Campaigners and camps with excellence.
• Provide clear communication and manage ministry records and plans.
