Job summary

You will be part of Young Life’s Mission Staff, engaging in direct field ministry and training to lead and participate in effective Young Life ministry. The role emphasizes spiritual development, leadership development, and resource development as you work with kids and volunteers.

Expect to recruit and train leaders, lead clubs and campaigns, and contribute to summer and school-year ministries while coordinating with regional leadership and fundraising efforts. College degree preferred.

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ministry plans across spiritual development, leadership development, and resource development.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and area staff.
• Lead campaigns and clubs to engage youth and camp ministries.
• Raise funds and maintain donor relationships to support ministry work.
• Coordinate training and area strategies with regional leadership.
