Job summary

Young Life’s West Texas Region seeks multiple staff associates to lead ministry efforts across campuses and communities, through training, outreach, and club leadership.

Through formal training and field ministry, you will develop a yearly ministry plan, recruit volunteers, and mentor leaders while modeling Christian service. This role includes collaboration with area directors to expand Young Life’s impact in West Texas and requires dedication to serving others.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Develop yearly ministry plan and initiatives.
• Recruit and train leaders and volunteers.
• Plan club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry.
• Manage donor relations and ministry events.
