Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spiritual Development - Prayer, disciplines, fellowship, growth, church relationships; develop a yearly growth plan.
• Leadership Development - Recruit/train leaders; build a team; model excellence in contact work and camps.
• Resource Development - Donor care, events, public relations; develop strategic relationships.
• Direct Ministry - Lead clubs and Campaigners; implement camping strategies; serve on Young Life camps.
• Ministry Support - Manage finances, data, and communications; maintain area records and plan initiatives.
