Job summary

Ambassador Church in Milwaukee is seeking a Youth Ministry Resident to lead and shepherd middle and high school students as they grow in faith. You will plan and run weekly youth gatherings, teach on a rotating basis, and raise up a team of volunteers to support ministry under staff guidance.

This role operates within a dual fundraising model with salary support and benefits; you will collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Next-Gen Coordinator to engage local schools, maintain weekly staff

Qualifications

• Grow in pastoral leadership and youth ministry skills.
• Engage with schools to build relationships with teachers and students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly youth gatherings (teaching, programming, logistics).
• Teach on a rotating basis, developing as a communicator under staff feedback.
• Raise up leaders to come alongside you as a team to assist weekly leading.
• Care for students in crisis, in partnership with pastoral staff.
