Young Life is seeking a Staff Associate in Greenwood, SC to develop and manage ministry initiatives. This role involves leading spiritual and leadership development, maintaining donor relationships, and engaging directly with youth. A college degree is preferred along with proven relational skills with youth and adults. Successful candidates will participate in training and exhibit strong communication abilities. This is a full-time, on-site position catering to those passionate about ministry and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Ability to work with diverse groups, including kids and adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
