Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead ministry activities and programs across development, training, and outreach.
• Develop and implement a yearly ministry plan in collaboration with area leaders.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and staff.
• Coordinate club, Campaigners and camping initiatives with a team.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to leadership.
