Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Model a vibrant Christian faith and lead students in spiritual growth through teaching, mentoring, and relationship-building.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for students.
• Provide intentional discipleship and mentorship with sensitivity to both male and female students.
• Plan, lead, and oversee Youth Educational Programming, Youth Fellowship, and fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with student leaders to set ministry goals and develop an annual ministry calendar.
• Recruit, train, support, and schedule youth ministry volunteers.
• Participate in leadership team meetings and contribute to broader church vision.
• Prepare curriculum and lesson plans in advance and maintain parent communication.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and ministry planning; demonstrate strong organizational skills.
