Job summary

YMCA of Concord is seeking a part-time minibus driver to transport youth participating in afterschool and teen programs. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a welcoming experience for riders.

Training will be provided to obtain a Van Driver certification, with a weekly shift pattern from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at the Concord location. Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old, flexible, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience working with youth is a plus, with safety as a priority.
• Able to communicate clearly and provide a welcoming environment for riders.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students along a designated route, adhering to YMCA guidelines.
• Ensure all children feel secure and cared for during the ride.
• Maintain a clean driving record and safe driving habits.
• Take part in ongoing paid training and earn your Van Driver certification.
