Discovery Ranch South in Cedar City, Utah, is seeking compassionate mentors to support teenage girls on their healing journey. This part-time role offers day shifts in a residential, relationship-based program that emphasizes experiential therapy and real-world growth.

Mentors lead activities such as horseback riding, hiking, rock climbing, and skiing, helping students build trust and resilience. Requirements include: 19+ years old, high school diploma, US work eligibility, background and MVR

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Able to pass background check.
• Able to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment).
• Works well within a team.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Good judgement.
• Safety-oriented.
• Must be able to complete responsibilities under various weather conditions.
• Must be able to adhere to physical demands of walking, running, lifting, hiking, and animal related activities.
