• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience with youth development, workforce development, or education.
• Ability to engage diverse urban youth and families.
• Willingness to travel and participate in after-school programming.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain records and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and sustain mentoring relationships with students in caseload.
• Deliver virtual and in-person mentoring and career coaching.
• Coordinate with school administration and Elevate staff on programs.
• Plan and execute programming aligned with Elevate USA model.
