Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Education, Social Work, Youth Development or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience working with youth in mentorship, training or facilitation roles.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and challenges faced by young people.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with diverse groups of young people.
• Experience in curriculum development or workshop design is an asset.
• Patience, empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules and participant records.
• Familiarity with Paarl area and its youth challenges is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
