Job summary

CALO Programs in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a Youth Mentor (DSP) to support teens in a trauma-informed residential program. This full-time, on-site role offers $21/hour with a 4-day work week and shifts from 6AM-4PM, 1PM-10PM, or 8:30PM-6:30AM.

Your Role:As a Youth Mentor, you'll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. You'll lead daily routines, attend therapy groups, and participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
