Calo Programs in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support youth within a trauma-informed residential program. You will lead daily routines, attend therapy groups, and participate in on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.

Pay: $21.00/hour | Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work WeeksLocation: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049Shifts available: Day (6AM - 4PM) | Mid (1PM–10PM) | Overnight (8:30 PM - 6:30 AM)Weekend availability required

Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians—also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, Youth Mentors, or Behavioral Health Associates—to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.

Your Role:As a Behavioral Health Technician, you’ll build meaningful relationships with our students while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. You’ll lead daily routines, attend therapy groups, and participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.

  • Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)

EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
