Job summary

KidsPeace in Pennsylvania seeks an At-Risk Youth Technician (Mental Health Technician) to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges.

The residential program serves ages 6-18, with shifts including 1st shift 6:00–10:00, 2nd shift 3:00–11:00 (FT/PT), and 3rd shift 11:00–7:00, weekends required. A HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and paid 2-week training are required.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to attend a paid 2-week corporate training session.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting for ages 6-18.
• Support therapeutic services and educational activities as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
