Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Yucaipa, CA is seeking a qualified, full-time EMHS Mental Health Services Support Specialist/TSW-III to join our residential team. The role involves delivering intensive, strength-based interventions, crisis support, and skill-building in alignment with each youth’s treatment plan.

You will work with licensed staff, document progress, participate in team meetings, and provide 1:1 behavior intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the Social/Behavioral Sciences required.
• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with Email, Word and Excel.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license with clean DMV history.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior intervention per treatment plan.
• Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with youth’s therapist and treatment team.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain supervision.
• Document incidents and complete reports.
• Drive a vehicle when necessary.
