Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children/adolescents in school, mental health or similar setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under the direction of the Mental Health Therapist.
• Provide documentation of all interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Develop treatment plans and discharge plans for youth in the program.
• Identify community supports and refer for additional services as appropriate.
• Complete daily progress notes and communicate with school personnel and agencies.
• Crisis management and collaboration with billing and treatment teams.
