Job summary

Bellefaire JCB seeks a Group Floater to join its multi-disciplinary team, providing behavioral and emotional support to youth referred to the Group Services Department. You will coordinate and deliver client transportation, address daily needs, and assist in day treatment groups, IOP, BH Respite, and other group services.

Responsibilities include therapeutic services, case management, documentation, maintaining safety, and regular communication with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma; BA/MA preferred.
• Experience: with children, adolescents and families.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic behavioral services and document promptly.
• Complete clinical documentation within departmental timelines.
• Deliver required hours per week as per guidelines.
• Coordinate and execute client transportation to group programming.
• Assist in day treatment, BH Respite, IOP and other groups.
• Maintain safety and monitor client needs on site.
