Casa Pacifica Centers For Children & Family in Camarillo, CA seeks a Clinician I - Float to manage cases and implement clinical therapy within client treatment plans. The role requires a Master's degree and licensure eligibility, with emphasis on assessment, therapy, and collaboration across teams.

The position includes supervision, ongoing professional development, and strict regulatory compliance. Starting pay is $75,000, with a comprehensive benefits package offered to qualified applicants.

Competenze

• Minimum Masters level, with up to 3 years of experience working with severely emotionally disturbed youth.
• Competency in completing comprehensive biopsychosocial leading to a DSM diagnosis and treatment, and behavior management.
• Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP) as APCC, AMFT, ASW, or a Registered Psychological Associate.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred youth and families to identify strengths, needs, and risk factors.
• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the youth, family members, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Implement evidence-based interventions designed to address treatment goals including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and crisis intervention.
• Collaborates with Mental Health Workers, education staff, health clinic staff, parent partners, youth advocates, families and youth to provide comprehensive clinical care and ensure program continuity.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
