Casa Pacifica is seeking a Clinician I - Float to provide and implement the clinical therapy components of each client’s treatment plan. You will manage cases within your program, uphold our standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care for youth and families.

Starting pay for this position is $75,000 per year. The role requires a Masters level education and licensure eligibility, with potential for growth within our Ventura County network of services.

Competenze

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience with severely emotionally disturbed youth.
• Must be registered with BBS or BOP as APCC/AMFT/ASW or registered psychological associate.

Mansioni

• Provide and implement the clinical therapy component of each client’s treatment plan.
• Manage cases within assigned program and uphold Casa Pacifica standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including individual, family, group therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure confidentiality.
