Job summary

HANAC in New York is seeking a Learn & Earn Program Coordinator to implement the DYCD Learn & Earn Program for high school juniors and seniors. This role involves providing leadership and support to at-risk youth, ensuring their successful transition to employment or further education.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster partnerships with schools and organizations. An Associate’s Degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in youth development is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in youth development or workforce programs.
• Strong understanding of positive youth development principles.
• Experience with at-risk youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Learn & Earn program activities.
• Conduct individual and group workshops focused on career readiness.
• Ensure compliance with DYCD contractual requirements.
