Athletes Global Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Leadership (Mentoring) Instructor to lead after-school programs for grades 1–6 and 7–8 in Visalia, CA. The role focuses on developing confidence, teamwork, communication and positive decision‑making through interactive activities and mentoring.

This in-person position runs August 13, 2026 – September 18, 2026, with afternoon hours and different schedules for age groups.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or teens in educational, recreational, mentoring, or youth development settings preferred.

Pay:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of leaders? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependableLeadership (Mentoring) Instructorto lead engaging after-school programs that help students develop confidence, communication, teamwork, and positive decision-making skills.

As the instructor, you will create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can strengthen leadership abilities through interactive activities, group discussions, team-building exercises, community-focused projects, and hands-on learning experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring youth, serving as a positive role model, and helping students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Program Schedule

Grades 1-6

• Dates:August 13, 2026 – September 18, 2026
• Days:Monday – Friday
• Time:1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Grades 7-8

• Dates:August 13, 2026 – September 18, 2026
• Days:Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Time:2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
