The Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join our After School team as mentors who foster youth development in an after-school setting. The role involves leading elementary students in enrichment activities and serving as a role model in a Christian ministry context.
The position is non-exempt, part-time, averaging 17-20 hours per week, with daily 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. shifts during the school calendar year and a mandatory CPR/First Aid certification requirement.
