Responsibilities

• Process juvenile intakes, enter referrals and generate complaints.
• Conduct interviews and complete risk and needs screening.
• Determine eligibility for diversion and develop intervention strategies.
• Develop diversion agreements and monitor program compliance.
• Provide case management and coordinate referrals to resources and services.
• Maintain accurate case records in accordance with laws and policies.
• Prepare reports and court documents.
• Communicate with courts, schools, law enforcement, and families.
