Job summary

SGA Youth & Family Services seeks a Job Readiness Coach & Case Manager to deliver structured training and ongoing support for young adults 18-24 in the CEEP program. You will guide participants through job readiness, coaching, and case management to help them enter employment or training.

The role requires adapting coaching strategies, maintaining confidential files, and coordinating with internal resources. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working one-on-one with at-risk youth (18-24) preferred.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse populations.
• Experience in case management or job counseling is often preferred.
• Knowledge of the job market and career development resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver job readiness training and individualized coaching.
• Provide strengths-based case management and follow-up.
• Develop service plans, goals, and referrals for participants.
• Support resume building, interview prep, and job searches.
