Job summary

SGA Youth & Family Services is seeking a Job Readiness Coach & Case Manager to support 18–24-year-olds in the Career Exploration and Employment Preparation Program (CEEP). You will provide job readiness instruction, case management, career coaching, and supportive services to help participants enter and sustain employment, pursue training, or enroll in education.

Qualifications

• Experience working one-on-one with at-risk youth involved in the juvenile justice system is preferred.
• Knowledge of job market, career development resources, and coaching techniques.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Job Readiness Training (JRT) to enrolled participants.
• Provide individualized case management and career coaching to 18–24-year-olds.
• Develop individualized service plans, track progress, and coordinate supports.
