Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with teens or youth development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate programs, staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead year-round Youth Institute programming, including summer sessions and school-year workshops.
• Develop hands-on activities introducing teens to creative arts, leadership, and career exploration.
• Mentor teens, foster belonging, and support goal setting and outcomes.
• Coordinate activities, schedules, supplies, and partnerships with schools and partners.
• Recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers; ensure safety and compliance.
