Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar field.
• At least 1 year of clinical psychiatric/mental health experience preferred.
• DBT training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients in the Inpatient Program.
• Perform assessments and create treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Document interactions and progress in patient charts; participate in discharge planning.
• Deliver group, individual, and family therapy; address crisis interventions when needed.
