Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs and support families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Support caregivers to understand children's needs and improve communication.
• Collaborate with other professionals and supervise licensure.
