Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our team in Massachusetts. The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) role delivers structured, strength-based interventions in clients’ homes to support youth behavioral needs and caregiver understanding.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings desirable.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders and autism spectrum disorders preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; access to laptop and internet required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based behavioral interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to understand children’s needs, improve communication and patterns of behavior.
• Collaborate with supervisors for licensure and professional growth; participate in supervision for licensure.
