Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking In Home Behavioral Therapists (IHBS) to join our growing team. You will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to support youth behavioral needs and empower families.

The position offers full-time or fee-for-service hours, competitive pay ($64,000–$72,000 annually for full-time; $50–$70 per hour for FFS), supervision for licensure, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for treating youth behavioral needs.
• Support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
