Kids for the Future is seeking a Housing Case Manager to deliver professional-level service coordination for youth experiencing homelessness. The role involves creating individualized housing plans, coordinating with housing programs, and guiding ongoing program development.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in social work or related field with several years of experience serving homeless or vulnerable populations and a proven crisis intervention skill set.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations.
• One year’s experience working in the housing field.
• Proven ability to maintain high productivity while functioning in a flexible environment.
• Proven ability to apply crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies for sustaining and growing effective programs.
• Build high-quality relationships with youth participants to understand the personal experiences of children and youth impacted by homelessness.
• Provide strategic direction relating to ongoing program development, quality improvement, and evaluation efforts.
• Develop a housing plan with each youth and coordinate with appropriate programs depending on housing placement.
