Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Youth Gymnastics & Ninja Zone Coach in Warminster, PA to guide and inspire young athletes. This part-time, hourly role runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30pm-7:15pm and Wednesdays 5:00pm-7:00pm, with potential weekday shifts, offering a hands-on opportunity to teach gymnastics, movement, agility, and confidence in a fun, structured environment.

You will build positive relationships with children and their parents, ensure safety, and participate in coordinating programs such as

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of background in competitive or recreational sports.
• Experience working with children.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and be physically active.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring young athletes in Ninjazone classroom.
• Teach gymnastics, movement, agility, and strength-building skills in a structured, fun environment.
• Ensure safety and engagement while fostering confidence and progress.
• Guide energizing, fun, and safe programs for all participants.
• Ensuring that programs are executed to meet the needs of all ages, abilities, and skill levels.
• Organizing participation for volleyball programs and leagues.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and parents.

What is needed for this job as our Youth Gymnastics & Ninja Zone Coach:

• 18+ years of age
