Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a human services field, at least 6 months of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and availability afternoons/evenings and Saturdays. 20 hours per week, with potential for schedule variety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field from an accredited university or college.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children, adolescents, transition-aged youth, or families.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, a reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients. Afternoon, evening and Saturday availability is required.
• Strong creative, flexible, organized and compassionate mindset to help youth meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging groups focusing on social-emotional skill-building and youth development.
• Deliver mentorship and therapeutic group interventions in community settings.
• Collaborate with providers, families, and supports to ensure holistic care.
• Arrange transportation for clients to group activities; mileage reimbursed for approved travel.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
