Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in teaching or coaching youth.
• PGA/LPGA Professional or Associate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth programs and manage First Tee initiatives.
• Organize leagues, tournaments, and special events.
• Provide golf instruction and assist with player development.
• Serve as point of contact for part-time staff in absence of Regional Director.
