Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Family Support Specialist to deliver in-home, school-based, and community support for Montana youth. You will help design and implement evidence-based plans to promote social, emotional, and physical well-being, while coordinating with treatment teams and families.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, strong documentation in EMR, and active participation in supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to drive to different YBGR locations, homes, schools, and communities.
• Must pass fingerprint background check and child abuse registry clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapeutic youth support in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families; participate in weekly case consultations.
• Accurately document activities in the EMR per agency standards.
• Contribute to PQI initiatives and uphold agency values.
