Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a Team Lead/Supervisor to support youth and families with behavioral health and child welfare services in community, home, and school settings. You will mentor staff, apply evidence-based practices, and coordinate with referral sources to reach recovery goals.

The role emphasizes a strengths-based, recovery-focused approach, collaboration, and program growth within a nonprofit health system in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field from an accredited university.
• Two years of experience in a mental health/behavioral health/recovery setting/DCS is required.
• Team Lead or Supervisor experience in a medical or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Social Security, DCS, Corrections, etc.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and driving record meeting organizational guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to attend trainings and meetings.
• Positive work ethic and professional boundaries with clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to staff on policies, Medicaid programs, DCS, and community resources.
• Provide training with staff in the community to address client engagement, needs and treatment goals.
• Foster collaboration with and among team members to work toward client and agency goals.
• Provide coverage for team members as needed.
• Assist manager toward achieving agency goals to grow programs and staff.
• Assist clients referred to the team for services and maintain communication with referral sources.
• Maintain understanding and assist team in implementation of Evidence Based Practices.
• Provide guidance and support when DMS are not available.
• Demonstrate positive morale and support staff development.
